Eastern Oregon Climate Change Coalition (EOC3) is an all-volunteer group of citizens of all ages, working together to support climate change education, adaptation and solutions.

  • Promote education about climate change in Eastern Oregon.
  • Promote responsible use of Earth’s ecosystems and services, as we learn, together, how to mitigate climate change effects.
  • Promote action to combat climate change, as well as adaptation strategies for our community.

EOC3 is a non-profit, 501C3 organization.
